Meet your team.
Say hello to your next virtual C.O.O. and C.T.O.
We are here to take the guesswork out of managing your office!

Scott Lyons
The Virtual C.T.O.
Scott is originally from Southern California. He has been in IT for the last 20+ years- more if you count his childhood tinkering! He has worked with many of the "big fancy companies" ranging from major hospitals, airports, and hospitality. He is your go to guy for all things cyber security, network, and communications related.
He maintains his Cisco Certified Network Associate certification as well as numerous other certifications from companies like Juniper and Meraki. He has a Bachelor's of Science in Network and Communications Managment from DeVry University.
Scott understands the unique IT challenges that dental offices face - both from his professional experience in creating solutions for Big Hospitals and personal experience from hearing Anna kvetch about technical issues at work. (He totally fixed them, too)
Anna Lyons
The Virtual C.O.O.
Anna Lyons is more or less an Arizona native. She has been in the dental space for over 5 years.
In the post-2020 hellscape Anna began to focus her energies on healthcare, when she went to work for a busy orthodontic practice. She started out as a temporary "Front Door Covid Screener" and quickly rose through the ranks and became office manager in less than a year. In the time between she learned scheduling, admin, insurance billing, and even passed the RHS exam out of spite. Upon discovering her knack for team development, culture establishment, policy creation, business acumen, and finance, Anna found a place to pour her creative energy into:
Practice Management.
She is currently enrolled at Harvard Business School Online and is looking forward to passing on her knowledge to others.
She is passionate about keeping private practices privately owned and seeks to empower dentists and dental teams to be the absolute best they can be!
