We sure can! Most OM roles can be done remotely (for a time), thanks to digital software and video calls. We are happy to come in and be your remote OM until you find a replacement. We will even help train that new replacement, giving you peace of mind.

A hacker got into our email system and sent a shady attachment to everyone on our contact list. Can you help?
Answer:
Of course we can help! We will source where and how that hacker got in, report them to the proper authorities, help with your reputation management, and put all the guard rails in place to make sure it never happens again.
Question: Our patient communications system is old and clunky. What do you recommend?
Answer:
We recommend whatever system will integrate with your EMR/PMS for the best price! We have a few brands we like (and a few we don't) and would be happy to implement this system and create the proper workflows for your team.
Question: I hired a consultant once. It ended up being an expensive load of "nothing". How are you different?
